I understand your question, after reading 3 times... it was your spelling that confused me.
Gay = Crocked
Heterosexual = Straight
Bisexual = Diagonal

I suppose that's an interesting observation, I think "straight" was slang first, and then Crocked became a bit of a joke.
So the "Diagonal" idea is fine, only I don't think it's quite as obvious.
And I think most people consider Bisexual people, just confused (they'll usually go one way or another eventually... so it's not as widely talked about, especially politically.)
