An explosion is made when lycopodium powder (can be substituted with dry flour) is blown into a flame. Fire (energy) is created.

Are there any other products with this reaction?

(THANKS! =D)

Be VERY careful. Dust explosions are surprisingly dangerous because of the higher mass of combustable material involved as compared the same volume of a gas or a vapor.
An explosion of this nature is a rapid oxidation. Oxidation of any hydrocarbon will yield heat plus major amounts of CO2, H2O , nitrous oxides as well as other oxides of the lesser ingredients.
