Every part of the pig that can't be ground into sausage, I think. I read the list of ingredients once, and wasn't too impressed with what I read. Yes. I have eaten it, but that was a long time ago.

Potted meat is a generic term that includes deviled ham and canned tuna. If you have ever had tuna salad, you have had 'potted meat'.
