Download GIMP2

It will take a Bitmap and convert to JPEG.

IT will also allow you to resize to fit any size limits in 360 to file size or resolution.

Best of all - it works great and is FREE.

You can also use Paint that comes inside Windows.

Do a Save AS - then change the file type at the bottom of the page to JPEG. However, this will not allow you to resize the file if the JPEG is to large for 360 to use. GIMP will.

If it is just a single file or a small number of files. Just open the file in paint and then goto save as and on the pull down that should say 24-bit bitmap, select JPEG.

Lemme wager... you filmed it on a tape and sent it in to be processed right into a CD? if so then you definately could circulate lower back to the analog version (action picture) and connect it on your computer making use of an A/V Cable and import it into the utility you % to apply at once. or you're able to besides try to pull the action picture information off of a DVD action picture you obtain on the video shop simply by fact in simple terms right this moment, the two your action picture and the DVD action picture are in a similar document format. You cant legally 'rip' the action picture off of the DVD simply by encryption technique. regrettably, the only cameras that would do the two action picture and digital variations are digital Video cameras. i need to be waiting that might actually assist you in case you tell me what utility you % to apply, what form of computer and what digital camera you used.
