DEFINITELY! Let's go back to the way it was and LET THANKSGIVING be Marked by GIVING THANKS -- and NOT have Christmas Marketing OVERPOWER it for sure!

God yes! When I was little (I'm around 50) nothing started til the day after Thanksgiving-that was the big day, and it was an event! Store workers went in at dawn and got the last of everything done, the Santas took their thrones, the race was on, and it was great! Now it starts before Halloween, it drags on for months and who cares by the time it gets here? It's lousy the way they've taken all the fun and the preciousness of the season away. It's something to be endured, a forced march thru endless bedraggled torn apart crap-filled stores with piped holiday muzak or Aguillera yodeling scales above the miserable minimum wage makers.

We need a change! Bring back the holiday season!

There's no way the world would last one season if the holiday items didn't come out until after Thanksgiving. I know that personally I like to start buying decorations and such before Thanksgiving. After the end of November people go absolutely nuts. I like having a grasp on the holiday before it becomes a rush.

Nope-we have enough stupid laws on the books as it is. If you don't want to see or hear, then stay out of those stores.
