I eat. I also tend to daydream about what I could have done to prevent this stress, or why it is happening. I also a short-attention span so I can never focus.

When I get stressed, I procrastinate. Sounds dumb, and it is. It doesnt' work. Once, I had a really emotional crisis and had to do 3 months of councelling to clear my confused fourth grade head. It helped a ton. I've never had a stress problem since. If you're becoming a psycologist, i will always thank people like you because of the one that i saw. She changed my life and made it a lot easier to live. Good Luck on Your paper. Thankyou. I would say most people get really crabby around everyone and upset others for that reason.

Have a Caribbean drink called a "yellow bird" and if you never had one--and it only takes one--you have no idea what you are missing. When you wake up you will be able to write all about the average person does---you probably will meet some of them on your "voyage on a yellow bird. good luck

Depends on how stressed, at the moment, I'm sick and going through Chemo, and we cant afford to pay our house or car because I cant work, so at the moment I'm so streessed, but Im coping by telling myself there are people who are worse off out there in the world.

But normally I sleep lots, its the only way I cope

I go camping. Alone. And do not interact with another human for days. Listen to birds and crickets. Watch the moon rise in the countryside. Oh, yes, and meditate, meditate, meditate. Every day, including when I'm home.

No matter what happens, I have peace to share with others.

;-)

Of course some people eat, some people spend money, shop, etc. I have found that the best stress reliever for me is exercise.
