Currently there are 4 Registered Nursing programs in San Antonio on the approved list by the TXBNE. There are other programs in the city that have LVN to RN programs.

Baptist Health System - Diploma Program

San Antonio College - ADN

Univ of Texas Helth Science Center at SA - BSN

Univ of the Incarnate Word - BSN

Each of these schools has a website, and I believe do not keep an ongoing list, but instead take applications for the next class, a certain number are selected (some are wait listed, but if not accepted by the time the course starts they start the application process over)
