I dont know of one. However, you can do your own research on it and find out for yourself. It might be fun. And then you can write your own book. Here's a clue though. Start with free agent signings.

That one wouldn't be a big seller. Your best bet is to buy a reference book, like Sports Encyclopedia: Baseball, and check out the rosters.

I have a collection of books about the Yankees,,, but I have never seen one that Detailed... I would buy it if I could find it...if you find one Email me....
