It is a commonly held belief and a fallacy, of the youth of today, that we 'old' people are past it or 'through'. Llet me assure you we are not .. at 66 I can still perform my pleasures as and when I wish, Mother Nature and the 'broomstick warrior' willing .. fibre I partake of as normal on a daily basis as I do my other 'actions'

first i'm glad you said ''little''..at my age ''action'' and ''a lot'' dont belong in the same sentence...as far as fiber goes...i take it all the time..one can never tell if one does get a ''little'' action or ''a lot'' of action..must be prepared you know...
