It is nice raw in salads, but if you are going to cook it, I like it in the following recipe.
Steam your cauliflower until it is no longer tough but not soggy. Scramble some eggs with 1 T flour, salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese. Throw in some onion slivers if you like.
Throw in the cauliflower and fry it like any egg scramble. It's really nice.

Cheese sauce with your favourite chedder cheese grated on top.
If you mean what other sides or mains go well with cauliflower, I am quite fond of steak and baked potato.
If your vegetarian, then brocolli and baby carrots accompany cauliflower really well.
Yum, you have made me hungry!

Blanch cauliflower with broccoli. Prepare some shrimp and pork or beef. Stir fry with hot sesame oil and broth. Add in your own sauces if you want!
