I read wayy too many fantasy books right? And I'm wondering whether anyone else shares that passion??
My favourtie fantasy person is Maerad of Pellinor... From the Treesong Series...
And favourtie creatures would have to be the Lord of the Rings Elfish Race.

Yep it's a close one for me. The minotaur is a wicked mythological beast, with that bull head and brutish power. But my favourite is from Tolkien's Silmarillion. The Tale of Beren and Luthien, where a mortal man manages to woo an elven lass. Together they capture a Silmaril from Morgoth's Crown and he is granted immortality by the Gods. What a story.

Marzanna - a Slavic goddess of dying, iciness and witchcraft. maximum many times she looks as a suitable lady with black hair and lightweight dermis, with wolf's enamel and clawed palms. Morana (yet another call for Marzanna) can fly on a brush or waft in an eggshell, traits that have been later additionally ascribed to witches. Many say her different face is that of an unpleasant previous witch. She comes while human beings sleep to consume toddlers and her kiss makes ladies manic and unbelievably lustful.

Favorite person has got to be Moraine Sedai from The wheel of time (love the aes sedai)
I also love Athena... I find myself more like her with everyday that passes
Favorite creatures... I am obsessed with Vampires... love everything about them (but the fact that people in Y/A claim to be)

Mine is the dragon...mostly because I graduated high school in Japan and our school mascot was a dragon! And now they are all over my house...but that's ok with me cuz the hubby likes them too. And seeing as how I bought them all in Japan, they aren't going anywhere!
