hey, was wondering if anyone can help with some baby names first and middle for either sex. i'm 16 weeks. thinking of Jaden Matthew for a boy and Sophia Michelle for a girl? I want to be not too trendy, although I know Jaden is becoming very popular. =/

I really like Sophia Michelle!! Jaden is becoming more trendy, but what if you switched it around? Matthew Jaden is still pretty cool, and pretty original! Here's a couple others I thought of for each:

I think that Sophia Michelle is gorgeous, and I do like Jaden Matthew, but if you are resisting a trendy name, I would have to say that Jaden is not the right name for you.
Jaden and it's rhyming counterparts (Brayden, Aiden, Zaiden etc) are currently huge. Worse, Jaden is rapidly becoming a girls' name.

Even if Jaden is popular, it is still a nice name and if you love it, you should use it.

If your don't want trendy Jaden and Sophia should automatically be out. They are both overly trendy AND popular right now. What about Jonas Matthew and Sadie Michelle instead? They are a lot classier and less trendy.

You are right about the name Jaden being very popular. I personally would not use it right now as there really are far too many of them alread. Matthew for a middle name is great, my son is Isaac Matthew!! Sophia Michele is cute too.
Good choices but maybe try and find something other than Jaden (or brayden, hayden, zaiden, caiden etc...)
Jayson, Justin, Joshua, Halen, Zachary, Liam, Zavier, Kyle, Jackson, Flynn are all nice alternatives.

I like the names you have chosen already actually. If you are not spooked by the idea one way of getting some really gorgeous and different names is to wander around cemeteries looking at the names on headstones?
Also don't forget you can put different twists into names such as using different spellings from the norm such as Natasha, Natasya, Natasja etc.
My parents were determined they were having a boy and were going to call me Glen. However, when I turned out to be a girl they bunged an ene on the end and hence my name is now Glenene. All I can say is thank goodness I wasn't a boy! I'm not much for the name Glen.
