There isn't one .. they all get it wrong from time to time .. it's like asking 'whos the worlds best gambler ?' (ans. Nick Leason)

Suggets you follow Warren Buffet (or Alan Greenspan) instead ..

ME....in usa notes I would pay you 100%,in coin I would pay you 90% of quarters,dimes,halves and dollar coin.(no nickles).
