Mostly by foot. CityWalk, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are all adjacent to one another and use the same parking complex. Escalators and moving sidewalks join the parking structure with the park. There are boats that shuttle people to and from Portifino and hard Rock hotels.

all I need to say is... you wont need a car at disney world. they have buses, trains, boats, and much more to list. as far as getting around inside universal, its the good ole' fashion way...left, right, left....haha. Of course they have scooters and stuff for handicap.
