I would say that blue eyes are for sure! Another feature would be a very small nose. Most dark people have larger noses. Blond hair would certainly mean you were white. Dark people almost always have very dark hair. The straight hair is usually a sign of being white too. Most black people seem to have larger butts too but there are some that have small ones. A lot of blacks have very large lips. Some people have different shaped eyes and the thin eyes usually come from an Asian back ground.
Strange question to ask if you are from the US then we have all sorts of colors and shapes and looks and this day and age it would be hard to tell since some have interbred and we never know what may come out of it. A half black/white person may have blue eyes but have the curly hair like a black does and pale skin. so.. you see it really would be hard to say in the US. Guess that is why we call ourself Americans because we could be anything.

I was at the airport over the summer and saw an obvious mix of white and black in a guy. He had a blonde fro, blue eyes and pale skin. He had the prominent african american type nose and lips but enerything else seemed white. His stature more than his skin, eye, or hair color made me do a doube take, His build was just that of a white guys. He was a very unique looking guy. I have never seen anything like him. I wonder how those dominant genes worked out.

the shape of the skull is correct (because this has to do with the cheekbone and nose structure etc), along with the coloring (although one can still be 'white', or more accurately 'caucasian' and have olive skin coloring, like the mediterranean people for instance)...height doesn't matter, although 'very white' or true caucasians (like Scandinavians for eg) are usually tall and very large framed (compared to other races) with blonde hair and blue or green eyes. i have to say that this question was not thought out well on your part, because alot of the people you see, especially in countries like the US, South America and the Middle East, and even many parts of South and Eastern Europe etc, are actually a mixture of different races that have interbred through out centuries, so they might have 'white' looking, or caucasian facial features (ie. similar skull structure, prominent nose, eyes, etc) but with a more tan skin coloring and/or darker eye color (not neccessairily blonde with blue or green eyes).
How 'white' someone is actually relative depending on where u are and the people around you, for eg. green-eyed Tyra Banks is considered black in a country with a majority of white caucasians, yet, in Africa, she would be considered 'white' because she is lighter with Caucasian feautures in comparison to most Africans. In Asia, people with lighter skin (not dark) and prominent noses are considered white, regardless of how dark their eye or hair colors are.
