I don't think people quite understand what you meant. On a non-religious calendar, it is marked as Chrismas Day and that is it. But, if you have ever seen one of those circular calendars according to the Christian religion, Christmas is not only a holiday, but a season. I don't know off the top of my head, but Christmas SEASON is more than one day on a religious calendar. However, Christmas DAY is just, well, Christmas Day.
