There is no such thing as democracy. The United States is a Republic and the war hawks don't care what kind of government Iraq ends up with only the price of oil from Iraq and probably a few military bases. I think that if the United States supports Iraqi self determination we should get the hell out and we should never have been there in the first place. The Iraqi's have the right to revolution and the duty to do it themselves just like everyone else and the United States should never fight a pre-emptive war. We don't have a very good record with pre-emptive war. Also it causes more problems than solutions. The world hates us and it is time to stop hiding what we are doing behind buzzwords like freedom and justice and stop the high and mighty rhetoric that has taken over this country.

That's funny. I don't remember seeing much news coverage of that poll.
The Iraqis are already getting pissed off and taking the law into their own hands. A little more of that and we'll be able to get out of there. Figure maybe another 10 or so years.

100% of USA public HOPE for a troop pullout too. But if it isn't safe....I am sure that 100% of the iraqi wouldn't HOPE for one soldier leaving...
