will it grow, or am i stuck with eternal tinyness. is it genes or can i do somethng about it?

Dont worry your still growing. You dont stop growing until your about 18, 19 20, 21 so you still have a good two years. Some people grow faster than others too. Also, when your penis is flaccid (not erect) it's not supposed to be big. And the average size of a mans penis when he is flaccid is about 3 to 4 inches. And when he is erect its about 5 to 6 inches. This is the normal, average size. Your 2 inches but you're still growing. If you're still 2 inches in 2 years it still wont matter because whats important is when the penis is erect. How big is your penis when its erect, ask yourself that, if it measures in a at 5 or 6 inches then its average any higher than that and your a lucky dude. But keep in mind if your penis is small now, it will grow.
Give it time. All men feel the same way about there penis, they all want a big penis but girls cant handle a big penis, because it hurts them, it wont look good when ur having sex and u hurt the girl, and it wont look good if your having sex and the girl cant feel anything because ur dick is too small so average is the best, unless u want to be a pornstar or something lol. Yours is average. And ur still growing. Mine is the proper average size that most men have 3 inches when flaccid and 6 when erect. Thats not to small and not to big.
If you listen to your friends and they say yeah i have a 12 inch or w.e ther lying or they r very lucky but i doubt that, they are most probably lying. All boys lie about ther size to make them look good.

It may grow but its not the size that matters learn all you can about how to be a great lover and she wont be thinking so much about size.One thing though at 2 inchs soft that doesnt tell how big it is hard so why even worry? They grow.

that does seem a bit low in a flaccid state percentile wise... but nevertheless if when standing at attention you can muster at least 3 x's that amount you will be in good shape and health... size wise~~~

It's not how big it is when it's flaccid - it's how big it is when it's erect. The flaccid size has no correlation to the erect size.
Also, it'll be bigger or smaller when flaccid depending on a lot of factors - temperature, etc.
So don't worry about it.

the size when flaccid is not an issue. When it is erect and ready to go at it is when it is of concern The erect state is the important size and even then you are not going to change it. Not to worry about it.
