Simply put...the law doesn't work that way. Media outlets are NOT the government. Media outlets can't pass laws, or deny you the opportunity to speak.
Your Constitutionally assured freedom of speech does not serve as a mandate to force others (media outlets in this case) to broadcast that speech?
Just like having the "Right to Bear Arms" isn't a license to go around shooting people...and it isn't a violation of "Search and Seizure" provisions for a parent to go looking through their 14 year old child's personal items.
"Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press..." nothing in there saying ABC or Fox, etc. is required to let you use their resources to speak your mind.

There is no law that prohibits you from criticising the advertisers, it's just company policy. You wouldn't want to pay a radio/TV station a lot of money to have your advert played, for it to be criticised by the people whose wages you're effectively paying, would you?

What freedom? No one has any rights especially when it comes to telling anyone what they think or believe, especially
on websites like this one. The Yahoo police will do what they want when they want.
