Are you kidding me? There are so many! And whatever you do, remember that (and I'm not condoning violence here) violence is natural and not caused by "televison" or "video games" or any other crap FOX/CNN may tell you. It may embolden it somewhat, but if I couldn't take out my stress (when it's raining and can't get to my beloved punching bag), I'd probably have multiple holes in my door, in which my baseball bat is stuck.

Anyway, you have:

a) Goldilocks and the 3 Bears (ate her).
b) The one about the troll under the bridge with the goats? I don't remember what it's called (or even how it goes), accept that it ends with the troll eating them.
c) Three little pigs. Can't remember what happens, but Maybe it ends in violence.
d) NOT SAYING IT'S A FAIRY TAIL. So don't pounce on me when I say that religious texts (i.e. The Crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth, The great flood killing everybody, etc.) which give hope to people, have death in them. So why do we think death is so bad? It's another part of life.

But I'm getting off topic. There's many more though. I'm sure other answers can give you many more exampls. HINT HINT GET ON IT PEOPLE.

Do you mean violence or violets?

Most of the Fairy Tales written by Grimm are violence based. Here are a few by the Grimm Brothers, that have violence in them:

* The Golden Key

* Rumpelstiltzskin

* The Cat and the mouse

* Sweet Rampion

* Clever Elsa

* The Frog Prince

* Tom Thumb

* The king of the hedges

* The giant turnip

* The carrion crows

* The brave little tailor

* The grave mound

* Snow white and rose red

* The bear and the king of the hedges (different from the one above)

* The poor miller's lad and the cat princess

* Doctor Knowall

* Sleeping Beauty

* The bremen town musicians

* The six swans

* The mouse, the bird and the sausage

* Little red riding hood

* The singing bone

* The golden goose

* The king of the golden mountain

* The queen bee

* The three little men in the wood

* Cinderella

* Hansel and Gretel

* Snow White and the seven dwarfs

* The old man and the dog-dish

You got a good start with what you have, you really need more?

Any of 'The Grimm's Brothers' stuff is gonna contain a fair amount of violence. So with the stories you mentioned, I hope your checking out the originals, not the re-makes.

As far as why it/they are violent? Fairly obvious really. Hansel and Gretel's dad kills their mom, Hansel Kills the witch...
The wolf eats riding hood's grandmother...
And the snow white dwarves were actually evil little buggers in the original story.

Give em a read, they're not that long.

(Also recent Disney movies have always had some element of violence.. Bambi, Lion King, etc... if that helps. Technically they're fairy tales)

The Grimm Brothers' Cinderella had a violent ending, with the step-sisters' getting their eyes' pecked out by crows. I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but virtually all of the original Grimm Brothers' stories are violent and/or invlolve adult themes; the stories they collected were NOT children's stories, they were the stories the peasants told around campfires or late at night to scare one another. So go find a copy of the Grimms' original collection. They're pretty grim.

With violence ... ?
Yes a TON of them:

- Bambi: his mother gets shot & likked
- Sleeping Beauty: evil queen tried to kill the prince & princess, but she gets killed, the evil queen tried to kill Princess Aurora by pricking her finger on a poisonous spindle
- Snow White: attempted murder w. a poisoned apple, but the evil queen falls to her death from a cliff
- Hercules [Disney, too]: Satan [Hades] kills Meg, and later gets killed himself
- Finding Nemo: Nemo's mother gets killed [eaten by a shark]
- Little Mermaid: The evil Ursula takes Ariel's voice away (not as violent as the others) : )

Need more?
I will update this post a little later, if I can think of any more

The original Cinderella was violent, written by the Grimm Brothers.

They seriously beat Cinderella, and one of the sisters even cuts off Cinderella's heel so her foot fit into the slipper!

just open any fairy tales book - all have violence.
each story must have a point, and without 'good prevails evil' there is no reason for the story to be told.
