Frostwire, Limewire and a site called esnips.com, this site requires you join but the membership is free and it also allows you to have your own site where you can share your music if you so desire...
I'm sure there are probably more than this but these are the ones that i use....

None uses itunes or buy the song don't steal bands music, what is the point that the band makes the song if your going to just steal it from them they make the song so you will buy it and listen to it and enjoy the song.
