My fiance is currently in Florida. He's trying to transfer his probation to Connecticut asap because he doesn't live in FL and has no place to stay, and no money. How long does it take to transfer probation??

One week to never. There is no prescribed time set here. The whole process is based on approval of by the PO, the court in FL and the probation office in CT.
