okay . so i have to walk my dog . and i walk it right . and she pooops . but i didnt have the chance to go in the house so i dont have a bag. so i walk home to get a bag and then this psyco comes out and starts yelling at me . then my mom comes out and picks the poop up and puts it in his trash can . not purposlly if its a law . shes not used to the law here . and he smears it on our house the poop . is there a law for putting trash in people's trash can ? i mean it was on the street not on his property so .

It is against the law to deposit trash in someone else's trash can. If he parks his car on the street it is not on his property either.
It is also illegal for him to smear dog poop on your house.
The whole incident is childish.
