I'm not for this but is it illegal to write fiction sex stories involving children? If it is, isn't that against the Constitution to stop freedom of the press? cause i read this fanfic involving some kids & I was not sure if I should've flagged it.

It's probably legal (but recall the blogger who was arrested after writing about his pedophilia fantasies), but doing this is just inviting authorities to follow you around for a while and eventually seizing your hard drive.

The problem is that when it comes to child porn or sex, the government has a right to be way overprotective (and rightfully so), so the freedom of speech is "weaker."

I think the problem is that an adult would find it at all suitable or be arroused with involving a child in their sexual fantasies or worse. It should send up a red alert because if it did not that may be a potenially harmed child.

I don't know what flagged means but I have made a few rounds poking around on here and I have seen men that were interested in younger females, and I have no doubt there are woman who like younger males. What I saw made me worry for my own children and others. They aren't just on the net, they walk around with us.

I think EVERY type of esculation or promotion of this type behavior should be detoured as it can only lead down a BAD road. Children are the ones who suffer. Maybe we need to begin tatooing these people for a direct warning of their presence.
