A human.

What is reality except that which we tell ourselves is true? A person who we deem to be "insane" accepts a different set of truths than the multitude does.

A lie or delusion is the belief that is held contrary to the popular belief.

Most people tell themselves the same lies society tells them and believes these lies. They are called sane.

Other people come up with a new set of lies and tell themselves these new lies until they believe them. They are deemed insane.

Reality is whatever set of lies you choose to believe.
