I'm just curious, if younger children (at least older than 12) who put on foundation, does it cause more pimples and most likely cause skin aging quicker?

Why would a kid under 12 wear foundation? Their skin is usually pretty clear, and they surely don't need the color enhancement. Foundation is tricky and a lot of people don't apply it correctly. If you do use it, be sure to blend it in, especially at the neck and hair line, so it fades out. There shouldn't be a line under your chin to show where you stopped. Use one that's marked non-comedogenic, and it won't clog your pores.

I'm old...57...but my skin is in really good shape. I believe the reason is that I hardly ever drink, don't smoke, protect my skin from the sun (those things really dry out your skin), and almost never wear makeup. I don't think makeup will cause your skin to age more quickly, but I don't think it does anything to help it either.

Keeping your skin hydrated and clean is the best way to take care of it.

YES!!!! If you don't need the foundation don't wear it...if you do...make sure its light so it gives your face some air to breathe....you don't want to walk around with a cake face and you don't want to regret it later when your 20 looking like your on your way to 30 (I should know I'm a makeup artist) Just my advise

FOR PIMPLES, ONLY IF YOU DONT WASH IT OFF. BUT TRULY IT DOES GIVE WRINKLES! TRY RUBBING UPWARD OR IN CIRCLES!
