Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
Start by entering contests to gain recognition -- www.seventeen.com

Look in your local bookseller's magazine collection. Most short story and fiction magazines include markets for potential writers, contests, etc.
Also, check out Writers' Market.
Or, go online (www.writersmarket.com) and find the address of your favorite publishers. Send query letters to editors.
Good luck!

You can become an author and sell your work, but you can't sign a contract at that age without a parent or guardian consent.
Finding a publisher to send your stories to depends on what genre you write in.
Here's a list of publishing houses. Make sure you know how to format your manuscript. Also, make sure you know how to write a query letter to the publisher. These are very important, and just as important as spelling and grammar.

Keep writing. Keep showing your stuff to older people who know something about the business of publishing. Keep reading the successful works of other authors who write stuff similar to your own. Work hard, and enjoy every minute of the creative process. Keep entering contests and submitting to various publications. In time, you might make it. Don't be thrown into depression by failures; all successful authors had many setbacks before winning. Attitude and having fun while creating your characters is what will put you over the top eventually.

Some websites you could try are;
writersbeat.com
...
I know more. Can't remember them right now. =) Just search "writing websites" in the Google search bar.

I read a book by a girl who was 15. Her book was really dumb though. It was like " The prophecy of the stones" or something. You should google where to find a place to send your stories. Good luck!
