How about keeping your natural hair?

Pubic hair has lots of functions:
--prevents chaffing
--keeps the area warm in winter and cool in summer
--is a clear sign of adulthood (which is why some guys almost throw up when they see a shaved woman--it makes them feel they are about to have sex with a child, which is a major taboo)
--maybe most importantly, it allows air to circulate better in the region. This evaporates sweat and actually REDUCES odor! If you have no hair there, fungus and bacteria thrive in the dampness, and you can get some serious infections, as well as non-serious ones that just make you itch and/or smell bad.

Hair is functional, but it's also sensuous, mysterious, and just plain SEXY!

NO CREAMS!!!!!!!!! don't you dare, you can get a chemical burn and it's terrible. You do need to use a razor but I would use an electric razor, and use the round ones, they actually MAKE pubic razors and they're not usually that expensive. Also, when using a razor, you can do it dry without any shaving cream, just make sure to put a LOT of baby powder there around the area to harden the skin and make it less sensitive because the razor will hurt otherwise.

I use the same razor I use on my face and the same cream I use on my face. I think that's probably a bad idea though because I get a lot of bumps and irritation after I do it.

I hear that if you use antibacterial bar soap (get all nice and hot and lathery in the shower to do it) instead of shaving cream you get less irritation. I don't know anything about different razors that might be better.

use lab series extra comfort shaving cream. it numbs the area a bit so u dont feel the razor as much. use a fresh razor and take it slow making sure u stretch the skin while shaving. use powder to avoid dampness after shaving. best wishes...

if you use a cream, make sure you real the label, all the ones i have seen said to stay away from the genital area

you can shave in the shower using the hot water to soften the hair and use your shave gel, but you must trim the hair down first with something like beard/mustache trimmers then shave the other areas in the shower
