I want to reword your question, as constant stress is very bad for people, and that's why not stressing everything is good.

It's like asking the benefits of NOT hitting someone. The benefit is in avoiding the minuses of the thing.

Constant stress does a lot of damage. It's bad for the heart and for the immune system, for instance.

It's also unpleasant, both for the stresser and for everyone around them. It makes people short-tempered, unreasonable, and alienates those who have to deal with them.

It also leads to panicky reactions, rather than rational thinking things through.

Stressing? Do you mean getting upset about a problem?

Stress kills. So not stressing helps you live longer. And that's a pretty good benefit.

Sorry, but there are some benefits to stress...which is a self-defense mechanism...whether it may be another person, problem, project, car while driving, or "MURPHY's LAW"...

WHAT CAN GO WRONG, will go WRONG !!

But, worry only what you can deal with...and jump to the next path...and THUS you will eliminate any current stress !

You can concentrate on things easier. And you handle things better when your in a calm state of mind. You also can control your physical ailments better by not having stress in your life. Stress causes all kinds of problems in the long run.

Not losing hair, weight gain/lose, and being healthy. But I haven't seen anyone who has never stressed some point and time in their life. If there is one I would love to meet them and see how they don't stress.

your heart will not strain the gray hair will not appear as much and eliminate most wrinkles on the forehead besides that your blood pressure will stay a t a level in wich you would not have to take meds. for and you might live longer

Hey, stress is a great thing.. It gives you excitement in your life or otherwise, it would be just boring.
