You do realize that Al Qaeda, being a terrorist group and not a nation or legitimate government, is neither signatory to, nor a subject of, the Geneva Accords? And that your last paragraph is bereft of context? I am, however, glad that President Obama is restoring true American values regarding torture, rather than continuing the neo-facism of the Cheney administration fronted by W.

No. Al Queda is not a government. It is a loose organization for the funding of advancement of Islamic Fundamentalism. They are famous for using terror to achieve their goals. It is believed that they are responsible for the planes crashed into the world trade center and the pentagon on 9/11/01

Read your previous question's answers first.

In other words, it doesn't matter whether they are a signatory or not. They're going to do what they do until SOMEBODY gets rid of them. After six years, it looks like it's not going to be us. After what they did on 9/11, it's just shameful that our president didn't stand up for us.

Al Qaeda is a mythical creation of the CIA. The plan is to convince Americans that the threat of Islamic terrorism is real and therefore Americans will gladly give up their rights and taxdollars to the real "terrorists", the global Zionists that have hijacked the USA.
