We just got a 7 week old Old English Mastiff, who will grow to be between 27 to 36 inches at shoulder, and weigh in around 175-190 lbs. They are huge, massive, majestic dogs but very loving and protective of their home and family.

I like the name Mercy but others like Roxy, what do you think. You can add any suggestions for names also, thanks you guys!

1. Mercy
2. Roxy

Roxy does sound better, but Mercy is more unique.

Okay, thought of another what about, Meroxy, both together.

Roxy sounds more of a dog name, Mercy... not so much, makes me think of an old lady, don't ask why!

Im biased cause I had a pet named Roxy and I love that name. On the other hand it would be funny to stand in your yard and yell - "mercy mercy !!"

If it is a boy he has to be Mercy!

If its a girl it has to be Roxy!

Great names either way!
