What do you think about animal hunting?

I'm against it. What pleasure/fun can someone get from shooting a defenseless animal? No, I'm not a huntsman nor the outdoors type of guy so no, I don't get it. Maybe I'd be in favor of it if the odds were even. No guns, no arrows, just man vs. beast then OK, that would be interesting.

I think it's good. We need it to keep animal populations controllable...and it provides food for some families that can't afford to buy it.....
Just a thought...for those that said it's wrong...do you eat meat? What's the difference in eating a hamburger from a cow someone else slaughtered than eating a deer that you hunted?

There is nothing wrong with hunting at all. Just because some people aren't into it doesn't make it wrong. Maybe you should try it sometime before you make an opinion.

I don't think its any more wrong than going to the store to buy a pack of chicken or meat. I am vegetarian but i think its wrong for non vegetarians to be against hunting, it dont make any sense!

wow, think about that before sending that next quarterpounder down your throught. animals caged and surrounded by filth before being strung up and slaughterd. wild game stands a chance. let s not even get into the crap that is in our processed food, nothing that you would find in nature. next time you feel bad for a dead critter, take a look down at your leather shoes,,,,,,hmmmmm, where'd those come from? Bieng a native american, i respect and honor what i kill to feed my family. you ever go visit your penned up prey and say thanks....or work to protect their environment? Millions are spent annual to preserve hunting and fishig lands,,,,More than any state agriculture can say.

I believe if you are going to eat the meat, or use its hide then it is ok to hunt. If you are just sport hunting to have something to boast about ot to mount on the wall then it is pointless, useless and just stupid!

There was a time that without deer,rabbits,turkey, my family would have gone without food.So I am, all for hunting.
Very tasty, if cooked right....
I am not in favor of just hunting for the "sport"of it.

i think its wrong if they just leave the animal and don't use it. if your going to eat it, it is fine. but killing just for the fun of it, its wrong.

I think animal hunting is wrong in all diffrent aspects. Deer hunting is not okay, just because they are over populated! We are over populate,d don't see people hunting us! Now d you. Any animal hunting/fishing is wrong.

I am against it, too. What's even more pathetic is how many people use dead animals as trophies. For food, I'm not really against, unless they hunt surplus amounts. :)
