Sounds like this is your first time for cooking Thanksgiving dinner.
I'm not going to go through all the different recipes because I'm about to fall asleep. But I would tell you that GB Casserole is on the side of the French's crispy onions. Apple Pie - Mrs. Smiths or Sam's Pippins. The turkey comes with instructions, as does the stuffing (Pepperidge Farms stuffing crumbs). You forgot your pumpkin pie. Skip it--Cheesecake factory sells pumpkin cheesecake at Sam's--It's wonderful. Don't forget your cranberry sauce. And your gravy.
TX Mom
If you need more help than that, e-mail me and I'll answer after I sleep.

Go to Foodnetwork.com. But as far as the yams go, my mom makes a recipe that everyone raves about. You get the plain canned yams, 2 of the big cans, and smash them and put them in a casserole dish. Then mix 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup coconut, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 stick melted butter. Sprinkle this on top of the yams, and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. It's so yummy!

Go to Allrecipes.com or Recipezaar- they're both really good, with a lot of tried-and-true stuff, plus a lot of interesting new ideas. Don't worry, everything will turn out great! Happy Thanksgiving :)

Shrimp & Bacon
Refrigerate large shrimp in Honey Barbecue Sauce for about an hour and when its ready to fry, wrap each shrimp with a strip of bacon and use a toothpick to hold it together as you fry it in a little of Olive Oil!! It is a great side dish!! My father loved it and he is a hard to please!! Goodluck!
