Thats where your uterus sits, baby or not you're going to feel a hard spot there.
The baby can be in any position, and generally sits right about at your pubic bone most of the time, since at 28 weeks theyre not big enough to be engaged, or stuck, in the pelvis they can and do move all over.
Theres nothing wrong with that at all.

Baby moves lower down as you near the end of your pregnancy it's perfectly normal. Near to birth baby's head slides down into the pelvic cavity ready to be born.

Sure. It does happen sometimes. It's just that the baby is trying to fit in to it's new environment.

I dont think that its anything to worry about although make sure that you mention it to your doctor. Its probably just the baby dropping, getting ready for birth.

Ummmmm...you may have been having a Braxton Hicks contraction which caused my uterus to kinda ball up in weird places.
Your baby is hogging up your whole uterus and the top of your fundus should be above your belly button.

All babies carry differently so I wouldn't worry about it. But if you do just ask your doctor at your next appointment.

it seams that you are pregnant and your baby is moving towards the door, as the room is getting cramped.
