Not enough details. At what point does the individual say "Stop"? During foreplay? Oral? While entering? During Intercourse? Yes, rape is one of the most difficult charges to prove. Especially with a good defense attorney.

Problem? What problem? No problem there. I don't see any problem with that. A few of the people I know have a problem with certain aspects of that, but then, a lot of their own beliefs aren't exactly rational, so... No problem. *laughs*

you never said if they were straight or not, but due to the section, i will assume they are homosexuals. Thus, nothing, unless you count the whole "not married" thing, in which case, you've probably got a problem with gays anyway.
