Day 13, 14 and 15 after your period. Most woman ovulate 14 days after her AF. Too be safe try making love every other day after you AF end until your AF begins. Good Luck!

there are the 2 days before and after ovulation which is usually the 14th day in a 28 day cycle. most women vary a little bit from this so your best bet to know for sure is to either 1) track her cycle for a month and count exactly how many days from the end of one cycle until the beginning of the next or 2) buy an ovulation kit from the drugstore.

during your peek. Everyone has a different peek time. It usually is about 14 days after your period. To be safe though, I would try 14 days, and other days around that too.

If you have a regular cycle, 14 days after the first day of your period should be when you're fertile. There are some great ovulation predictors out there - saliva, urine, and temperature.

You ovulate typically mid cycle, but unless you chart or use opks you can't be certain.
Anyway, having sex everyother day starting at Cycle day 10 through Cycle day 20 should do it.
But I recommend at least monitoring your cervical fluid and position for fertile signs.

5 days before ovulation up until the day afterwards.
Sperm can live for up to 5 days, and the egg once released can be fertilized for up to 24 hours.

5 to 14 days after you start your period. some women are early ovulaters so be sure to catch it early enough. there are other ways to tell also thinner vaginal secreations and aches to the side of your belly could signal ovulation. a bas.

About a week before your ovulation starts every other day if possible and when you have the most CM.
