Omg i always always had that its because you grow when your asleep and plus all your body is relaxed so in the morning your ligaments wreck because theve relaxed and being growing all i can say is get used to it it gets worse lol

I am 21 weeks. I have had HORRIBLE pains in my lower stomach but they go away after a while. Mine stay for about a hour or so if they are really bad and the mild ones stay a little longer and go away. Its just everything in your body growing and stretching as well as ligaments. If the pain is so bad you can't get around and they stay from morning to night I would talk to a doc. And if you are still worried about it talk to your doc.

Move more when you sleep.

Its totally normal. WHen you lay on one side for any length of time your uterus pulls far away from your body, stretching those tendons and muscles to maximum resistance, when you roll over they cramp up and ache.

Stick a thin pillow under the side of your belly that you're laying on, to kinda help hold it up.

God pregnancy sucks...lol.

Ligaments. VERY painful. Just learn which ways DON'T make them huirt, try rolling to your side first and then getting up. I get them now even rollign over in the night.

get it checked out. It COULD be that way if you aren't using the bathroom enough. You've got an extra person in there who's compressing all of your internal organs, and she/he will cause you some serious cramps if you don't use the bathroom enough.

try doing some stretches throughout the day and before you go to sleep to loosen up your muscles. they are probably just too tight and the extra weight of the baby is pulling on them.
