I have to form a hypothesis for a social issue; I chose Euthanasia.

I'm finding it really hard to formulate the hypothesis, added to that I have to create three supporting questions.

I was thinking something like

'Religion impacts the governments belief on Euthanasia'

What do you think? Or if you can think of something better, please let me know.

"Euthanasia" Freedom or imprisoning?

Freedom by it's very nature is sought after so that we can make choices; choices that will lead us to happiness. Death as we can study it here and now is the absence of such choices. Death is final. There is no coming back after such decision is made. No, "Whopsie ... re-do".

Add to this the governments desire to help corporations by legalizing the promotion of saving billions of dollars. Add to this the governments desire to take over the health care industy. Either way, euthanasia gives the health care provider an "opt out of care giving" during a period when there is little demand for the euthanasia services. Let's say there becomes a pandemic and "Bird Flu" takes 1/3 of our population. The healthcare industry will be making desisions based off laws we create today. The Euthanasia laws are selling us out.
