You need to convert the given ratio into its simplest form:
5 3/5 : 2 1/10
= 28/5 : 21/10
= 56/10 : 21/10
= 56 : 21

(Put them in improper fractions i.e, 5*5+3= 28/5 and 10*2+1= 21/10)
