first you have to make sure you have enough money to buy one. Then you look on your map for any houses for sale and go to it and at the front door of the house is a little icon you just walk up to and press up on the directional pad (d-Pad)

u need to have anouf cash then go to the green house and press the button it says to push to buy the house.
