I am not sure that "contradicting" is the term you are searching for. Contradicting something usually implies that you are doing or saying the polar opposite. Do I enjoy catching people in contradictions of themselves? Yes. However, I doubt many people "like" making contradicting statements. If they do, they are beyond ignorant, and they are oblivious to the meaning of the term.
