What do I do if someone is spreading a rumor about me that is true? Like people saw me do the thing?? And they are making fun of me for it?????? HELP!!!!

lol...it is true about it?then u cant really do anything about it...i guess it hurt that it happen but somehow u jux ganna take it...well...jux dont kare wat peepos ssay and act like it isnt true...the thing is that it is true...u cant really do anything sicne it's true...i donno how u make it true or how peepos know but your done for that rumor....

OK - well if it's true, then it's not a rumor it's gossip. Try to behave in the future. Don't overreact to any comments - it's fuel for the fire. In fact don't react at all. Your friends will defend you no matter what and you'll find out who your enemies are or you can't trust.
Don't sweat it anyway - you did what you did or didn't do. Don't worry about what other people think. No apologies/no regrets.

you should basically ignore it. I know its hard but why should you care what people you dont even know or dont like think about you. and if it is your friends then you need to find some better friends
but a second option is if it is really bothering you and the person wont stop. Beat their ***.

don't let it get to you. if you play it cool people are gonna lose interest in you. people can be really cruel and in my opinion the only reason they would be making fun of you is that they are soo board with their own lame lives that they have to ruin some one Else's. it's NBD you'll be fine, just give it time

Wen they start laughing at u for wat they saw u do just laugh with them... U might feel better. or just ignore them I have this one girl who was my bff last year and now she's starting rumors about me that i told her in confidence so just ignore it or laugh with them that the most u can do.
