Of those, my vote would go to Fiona Raquel (though I quite like Fiona Jean from your options ... but I'm not changing it, per the instructions LOL).
Lydia Raquel would be my second choice, followed by Natalie and Katarina. The others are not my style.
My favorite nicknames for each would likely be:
Natalie - Nat (not that I love it, but Allie's a bit overused)
Erika - Rika (said REE-ka, though)
Fiona - Fi (fee) or Finn, depending on personality ;)
Katarina - Katia
Lydia - Lydie
Adria - Ada

If they had to stay like that, I would choose Katarina Raquel Sands. It's beautiful, and has tons of nicknames - Kate, Kat, Katie, Kara, Rina, Tara, Tina, Kitty, Kit, etc. Kitty would be especially cute as a family pet name lol.
The other names, though also pretty, don't have nearly as much flexibility as Katarina. For example, Adria is great, but really, you could only call her Addie or Dria. Lydia only has Lee or Dia, Fiona - Fifi, Erika - really none, and Natalie only has Nat, Nate if she's particularly tomboyish, Tally (which is actually really cute), and Lee. My second favorite name would probably be Natalie Jean Sands then, because of the nickname Tally lol.

From your list, I'd go with Erika Danielle. Erika Sands sounds sooo nice and professional!
And it's so lovely it needs no nickname!

Erika Danielle Sands has a beautiful ring to it. There are not many nicknames for erika but i know a few and they are sometimes called "Rica" or "Er" but mostly Erika, which i like because it is such a beuatiful name! best of luck!
