For one to be kind on the Road i think if the situation warrants you wave them through .

There are rules of the road to be followed.
If you start altering the standard rules by waving someone ahead, you are increasing the risk of an accident. The other person is there thinking "Should I go or not? They're supposed to go, but they're waving me on. What happens now that I've hesitated? Will they think that I'm ignoring their wave and then they'll start to go just as I do?"
Just follow the rules. Don't try to be overly courteous. It's not about being nice; it's about being safe.

I hate 4 way stop signs where the people are idiots (most of the time) and just sit there. I just go if everyone else is confused, they need to go back to driving school and learn the rules of a 4 way.

I follow the law which is that the car to the right has the right of way so that I don't cause confusion. If the other driver has the right of way, I will wave him or her on.

I usually wave them on unless I'm really in a hurry, which isn't too often.
