PR is a country that has a compact of association as a free associated state or commonwealth since 1952, the official name is Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico.

This means that Puerto Rico is under US control but PR does not have statehood rights. PR has no senators and only 1 representative in congress.

"Sailing on Wings".... I cannot help but think that the message for me.. or at least what I read into this beautiful piece of poetry.. is...
