I once worked with a guy who was the calmest person I have ever met. He told me he used to be very affected by stress - he did some sort of course but basically it was the old fashioned habit of breathing deeply when you feel stressed. Deep breath - count to 10 - release your breath.
Unfortunately I forget to try it. I work in a call-centre and find the stress of one call after the other with no time to log the information gets to me every day. The moment I start work and switch on the phone - it buzzes - that sets me off before I've even started for the day.

Watch "Week-End At Bernies" and think of how stressful it was for those two guys to convince everyone that "Bernie" was still alive, while trying to stay alive themselves.

I find 5 reasons to laugh each day -- jokes, movies, or myself. Humor is a great release.

Dancing and or singing to a song you really like, even if it is just one song a day.
