Nice communist hat!

Basically, you would content in living in a society where the government does everything in its power to make people equal and happy. Everyone gets the same wages, the same access to products for the same prices. Everyone can buy the same food, and go to the same places. A very boring place, very little ability to stand out and work your way up in the world. Any attempt to rise above the others will result in the government holding you back while everyone else catches up.

Imagine if you were working as a doctor, you spent your life learning how to perform surgery, and you only make as much money as the garbage man, or the guy at burger king. Wouldn't you feel a little cheated? What's worse, if you wanted to be an astronaut, the state could decide "No, you're a doctor" and you'd have to do it. The state basically makes a LOT of choices for the average person, and does not consider the person's will or intentions. Everything is done for the benefit of the state.
