In California I believe we are accepting of others. A lot of indifference depends largely upon locale, level of education, and race. In my particular area we have 50 % Caucasion , 40 % Asian, and 10 %t Hispanic. The old white guard in our community are highly prejudice and are really upset that the Asians slap down hard, cold cash in the purchases of homes and businesses. The demographics of the community is predominately middle class, and mainly educated. If this is an illegal immigrant issue, it would be nearly nation wide. I believe Californians are a friendly people and treat others fairly on a whole. I hope your experience is not what you ask.

Because America (the U.S.A) is like the young innocent kid left in the world. Americans are all good Christians and look down at their noses at the ''colored heathens'' in the world. BTW (I am describing a "Bush Vote")
