Another solution to a stuck pregnancy is to move the pregnant sim into another house by themselves. They should give birth as soon as you put them on the lot. Then move them back to their original home with their baby.

I don't know if you're talking about Sims 1 or Sims 2.

- If you used any kind of cheat to get her pregnant, you could have corrupted your game and she'll never give birth.
- Birth will usually occur 3 Sim days after pregnancy. Has it been long enough?
- Do you have aging turned off? She'll never have a baby if it is; turn aging back on.

Depends on what Sims game it is. Normally it takes three days for the sim to have a baby. If you are using the cheat code that stops your sim from aging (if its any sims 2 game), your sim will stay preggers forever, unless you take the cheat off.
