Well Time can heal any emotional wound depending on the human being itself.
Time cannot heal some physical wounds such as people who've gotten shot in their spinal area and can never walk again.

I don't think time can heal bitterness! and although it isn't actually a wound it is just as damaging! With time if bitterness is present it only grows and festers and becomes worse!

A severed leg above the knee .... Time looked at it and said "Can't touch it". I think it was an issue of lapsed malpractice insurance.
